A few days ago, NIO’s medium-sized intelligent electric coupe ET5 first production line verification sample car off the assembly line.This also heralds the upcoming test and verification work of NIO ET5, which is mainly to optimize the vehicle production line process, verify vehicle functional integrity, vehicle attributes and vehicle performance.As the fifth model of NiO, NIO ET5 was released on December 19, 2021, and the pre-sale price and purchase plan of the new car were separately determined. The new car is expected to be delivered in September 2022.It can be said that the mass production of ET5 in the future can be based on the production line verification of the sample car off the production line, and then the small batch trial production of the whole vehicle sample car.This is also one of the important processes to validate and optimize the process flow of machining and assembly.In terms of appearance, NIo ET5 still retains the family style, the style of coupe sliding back, split headlights, protruding front spoiler, hidden door handle, duckling tail at the tail, and waist line with full power. The whole car is not only stylish, but also sporty.On the body, the new car has nine color schemes to choose from, among which sky pink and yellow cloud are the exclusive schemes for NIO ET5 and Astronautic blue is niO’s color of the year for 2022.In terms of body size, the length, width and height of NIO ET5 are 4790mm*1960mm*1499mm, and the wheelbase of the car is nearly 2.9m, reaching 2888mm.In terms of technology configuration, NIO ET5 is matched with watchtower ultra-long-range high-precision lidar and HIGH-DEFINITION camera, as well as 33 sensing hardware such as full-body circumnavigation camera, millimeter wave radar and ultrasonic sensor to realize niO NAD autonomous driving technology.In terms of power, the new car is fully equipped with a new generation of electric drive system, which is driven by front and rear dual motors. Its comprehensive power is 360kW and peak torque is 750N·m. The maximum range of the model equipped with 75kWh battery pack is 550km under CLTC condition, and that of the 100kWh battery pack is 700km.The 150kWh solid-state battery has a maximum range of 1,000km.
